Black Belt Coaches
As the backbone of our program, Black Belt Coaches are not only elite practitioners but also active leaders in their own practices, bringing invaluable, hands-on experience. With a deep commitment to giving back, they share their insights and guide others in their journeys toward mastery in business and life. To join the ranks and gain the title of Black Belt Coach, candidates must be unanimously endorsed by all existing Black Belt Coaches, a mark of the highest regard and respect. Every coach is an active member of our Mastermind community.
To be considered as a DSI Black Belt Coach, members must meet a series of exceptional and rigorous standards. Each candidate must have operated at a Black Belt level for two consecutive years, meeting these benchmarks:
- 50% or lower overhead
- 80%+ systemization in their practice Ideal
- 25 - 25 - 30 - 20: This is the "Ideal Expense Ratio" and represents the percentage breakdown of your Payroll - Expenses - Dr. Pay - Profit in the practice.
- 80%+ scores in leadership, culture, and business aptitude assessments
- 80%+ in Four Futures Assessments for personal and professional balance
