Dr. Beau Sparkman, the visionary behind Valley Family Dental, is a dynamic dentist and entrepreneur who has built two seven-figure startups from the ground up. After graduating dental school in 2011, Beau put his orthodontic expertise to work and now owns two thriving dental offices in Fort Smith, AR, and Roland, OK, with plans for more. His mission is to establish a dental organization respected by the community and sought after as a top place of employment—an ambitious goal he’s well on his way to achieving. A devoted family man, Beau lives in Van Buren, AR, with his wife Paola and their two children, Elizabeth and Lucas. He treasures family time, whether it’s cheering on his kids at soccer games, enjoying movies, or cooking together. Known for his sense of humor, Beau brings a lighthearted atmosphere to his practice and volunteers at his local church, embodying his commitment to both his patients and community.
