About Karley

Dr. Karley Schneider is a resident of Tucson, Arizona, where she lives with her husband Luke, their two energetic children, Lily and Kolter, and their beloved Doberman, Boomer. She began practicing dentistry in 2014 and has since grown her career with the acquisition of three practices. She currently owns and operates both a fee-for-service practice and a PPO-based practice.

Karley’s clinical passions lie in cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry. Beyond the operatory, she is deeply invested in team leadership, business development, and maintaining her own physical wellness. In 2022, Karley’s daughter Lily was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at just two years old. While the diagnosis brought significant changes, it also sparked a deep commitment to advocacy and philanthropy. In 2023, Karley founded Tucson T1D Warriors, a community-driven initiative that raised nearly $100,000 in its first year to support those impacted by type 1 diabetes.

More recently, Karley has been exploring her passion for facial aesthetics, discovering how seamlessly it complements the artistry of dentistry. In 2025, she opened Glow Collective, a space adjacent to her flagship practice, where female-led businesses specializing in aesthetics and beauty collaborate and thrive.

Like many in the profession, Karley continues to pursue that elusive balance of work, family, and personal growth—while supporting others on similar journeys.
