Rima Urban is the COO of Horizon Dental Group. Rima has been in the dental industry for over 30 years. She is a native of Arizona and prior to joining DSI she was the Vice President of Southwest Dental Group. She runs operations for the Horizon Dental Group practices and supports DSI as a member of faculty.
Kay Lange is the Executive Director at the Dental Success Institute where she helps our members navigate the private coaching program.
Brandon Woltermann is the Member Relations Manager at DSI. He is a native Arizonan. His responsibilities are to foster a positive relationship between DSI and its members, assist members throughout their journey with DSI, and contribute to the facilitation of events and services.
Paul Morquecho is the Media Administrator at DSI. He is a native Tennessean. His responsibilities are to coordinate all media components at DSI, schedule podcasts and administer social media assets. Paul is also very passionate about art and design.
Dalton McCabe is the Administrative Assistant at DSI. Dalton is a Veteran from Northern Arizona. He is responsible for managing supply inventories, ordering, filing systems, postage tracking, and all around go-getter for the office.

Jake likes to play golf, play/listen to music, learn about people and businesses, sports and entertaining/cooking.
Alexandra Schaeffer is a data analyst for Omni-Tech Business Solutions & Custom Practice Analytics. Creates monthly reports for dental practices. Background of bookkeeping for work and school and loves to work with numbers.
Lila Young is the CFO at DSI. She is a native Arizonan. Her responsibilities are planning, implementation and managing all finance activities. Loves to volunteer in her offtime with animals.
Tracey is the Accounting Assistant at DSI. She is originally from California and has lived in the midwest for sometime. Her responsibilities to assist in the data entry, record keeping and supporting the finance department. Tracey loves staying active and volunteering.
