Where to start when your overhead is out of control
In this episode of The Dentalpreneur Podcast, we are talking about creating revenue swing opportunities. Whenever we onboard a new client we start by setting our priorities and creating a plan to get ahold of the business. In the specific example, we were able to out hundreds of thousands of dollars back in the doctors pocket without increasing production or decreasing team pay.
The first two priorities we sent in getting Dr. Glen’s OH under control:
- Decrease non-payroll expenses
- Redesign staff incentives
