793: Creating a Framework for Growth
When developing a plan to reach our full potential in the practice, it’s helpful to go back to the basics. We often hear docs say, ‘well I could use some more reviews, but also our tray set ups need some work’ or ‘we seem to be generating some internal referrals, but we aren’t tracking them and our core values aren’t well defined.’ This is a great time of year to go back to the basics and focus on the five items listed below. All of the issues from above fall under one of these five categories and it makes putting together an action plan so much easier.
