783: Memento Mori
On today’s show, I’m going through an exercise that I like to do at least once a year. Frankly, it’s difficult, and it takes a while to get it right. There is an incredible amount of responsibility that comes on both the front and back end of this process, but the freedom and clarity that it provides is astounding.
During the show, I cover:
- 28,835 – (your age x 386) = the number of days you have left
- How two of my best friends were cut 11,000 days short
- The incredible responsibility that comes with writing someone’s eulogy
- Thinking about how our legacy will affect family, friends, co-workers, and strangers
