After a few years of successful practice ownership, it’s tempting to ‘diversify.’ The reality is, however, we should stay in our lane and stick with what we know. On top of that, we need to maintain the proper amount of liquidity for the case of injury or any need to step away from the practice. On top of that, we need to engineer our practices to be a business, not a job.
