715: Your Personal Ethos
We all have practice mission statements, but what about personal?
Many of us spend so much time on our practice’s mission statement, while ignoring our own. Today, we are talking about personal ethos and the process of creating our own mission statement and core values. Creating a personal operating system makes tough decisions a lot more clear, and research shows that respect is often triggered when we sense alignment in others- the state of acting on your beliefs.
During the presentation, we discuss:
- Developing a personal ethos
- The principles of DSI
- Discipline and delayed gratification
- Gap agitation
