454: Triggering Curiosity with Dr. Michael Sernik
Entrepreneur and former multiple practice owner, Dr. Michael Sernik joins the show today. Dr. Sernik’s career as a dentist occurred mostly in London and Sydney, where advertising was not allowed. He realized that he needed to focus on internal marketing and effective communication in order to grow his group of practices. In doing so, he took up an interest in human psychology and developed a new patient protocol, which he taught for thirteen years. In 2016, he launched a new venture that primes patients for dental conversations and gets them asking about elective procedures.
