787: How it’s Done Here Part 1
Transitioning a practice from staff-driven to systems-driven is a daunting task. So many processes and protocols need to be put into place, team members need to be trained, and they need to understand how then to train new team members. Without a centralized document for all of this information, the process is bound to go nowhere.
